An ILS in the aircraft is flown on the published procedure: the localizer, the glide path, and the decision to continue or to go missed. That decision belongs to the chart, to the clearance, and to your instructor. IFR Suite does not fly the approach, and it is not the chart.
What a session can show is the picture. The course, the fix, and the path from the initial segment through the missed approach. Glass or round gauges. The instruments stay in English. The session panel follows the language you choose.
The same trainer is also a departure, the traffic pattern, a hold, an intercept, or a DME arc. On a hold, the entry is direct, teardrop, or parallel, chosen from your heading and from where you are relative to the inbound course. There are more than 9,800 airports and navaids.
The app does not copy a clearance. It does not grade the approach against the minimums. There is no microphone. Time in the app is not flight time and not instrument time. It is not for a real flight.
Use a short session, then fly the procedure with your instructor.
